Kids Gi (Ages 3-12)
Our Kids Gi class introduces children to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a structured, supportive environment. Classes focus on movement, balance, coordination, and basic jiu jitsu techniques while emphasizing respect, listening, and teamwork.
Students learn through age-appropriate drills and games designed to build confidence, discipline, and body awareness. Safety and positive encouragement are always the priority.

Adult Gi (Ages 13+)
Our Adult Gi class is open to beginners and experienced students alike. Training focuses on solid fundamentals, technique, and thoughtful progression.
Whether your goals include fitness, self-defense, personal growth, or continued technical development, this class provides a structured environment where students can learn at their own pace.
Open Mat
Open Mat is an unstructured training time for students to practice techniques, drill, or spar at their own pace. This session is ideal for reviewing material, asking questions, and getting additional rounds in a relaxed setting.
Open Mat is open to both kids and adults.
Kids No-Gi (Ages 3-12)
